CA Unemp Ins Code Section 1329.1


A claim for unemployment compensation benefits may be canceled if all of the following apply:

(a)

The individual has not been deemed ineligible for unemployment compensation benefits.

(b)

The individual has not been overpaid unemployment compensation benefits.

(c)

The individual has not been paid unemployment compensation benefits.

(d)

The individual requests to cancel the claim during the benefit year of that claim, or in the case of a claim for federal-state extended duration benefits, during the extended duration period of that claim.
