Tex. Gov't Code Section 447.005
Energy and Water Efficiency Projects


Subject to applicable state and federal laws or guidelines, the state energy conservation office may:

(1)

implement an energy or water efficiency project at a state agency; or

(2)

assist the agency in implementing the project through an energy or water efficiency program.
