Tex. Gov't Code Section 82.005
Board Compensation


(a)

The supreme court shall set the compensation of each member of the Board of Law Examiners, excluding reasonable and necessary actual expenses, at an amount that does not exceed $30,000 a year.

(b)

Subchapter B (Salaries Set in Appropriations Act), Chapter 659 (Compensation), does not apply to the compensation set under this section.
