Tex. Ins. Code Section 1467.005
Reform


This chapter may not be construed to prohibit:

(1)

a health benefit plan issuer or administrator from, at any time, offering a reformed claim settlement; or

(2)

an out-of-network provider from, at any time, offering a reformed charge for health care or medical services or supplies.
