Tex. Transp. Code Section 395.008
Sign Abatement Revenue Bonds

(a)

The governing body may issue sign abatement revenue bonds.

(b)

The governing body may use the proceeds from the bonds only to compensate the owner of a sign required to be removed under this subchapter.
