Board of Directors


(a)

The board of directors of the corporation is composed of the following 12 members appointed by the governor:

(1)

six representatives of the general public;

(2)

one representative of the gas industry;

(3)

one representative of the telecommunications industry;

(4)

one representative of the electric industry;

(5)

one representative of cable television companies;

(6)

one representative of municipalities; and

(7)

one representative of persons who engage in excavation operations who are not also facility operators.

(b)

Board membership is voluntary and a director is not entitled to receive compensation for serving on the board.
