CA Gov't Code Section 8162.9

(a)

Notwithstanding subdivision (a) of Section 8162.7, a 96-foot height limit shall apply to construction, exclusively for the purposes of residential development, for Lot 4, Block 223 (known as Capitol Area Development Authority Residential Site 21) surrounded by N Street on the north, 14th Street on the east, 120 feet west of 14th Street on the west, and one quarter of a half block to the south of N Street on the south.

(b)

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, development on the city blocks surrounding the Stanford Mansion located at 802 N Street, and the Heilbron Mansion located at 704 O Street, shall be environmentally sensitive to these historic mansions. Copies of environmental documents for any development on the city blocks surrounding these mansions shall be distributed by the State Clearinghouse within the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research to the State Office of Historic Preservation, and other agencies as required by the California Environmental Quality Act, Division 13 (commencing with Section 21000) of the Public Resources Code.
