Tex. Gov't Code Section 2113.203
Examination Fees


A state agency that conducts examinations shall collect all fees charged to the person being examined for each examination, including the cost of a standardized examination instrument, and use appropriated money to pay a provider of goods or services for a cost incurred by the agency providing the examination.
