Tex. Gov't Code Section 2205.047
Information Posted on the Internet

The department shall post information related to travel and other services provided by the department on an Internet website maintained by or for the department. The site must be generally accessible to state agencies, persons who use the department’s services, and, to the extent appropriate, the general public.
