Tex. Gov't Code Section 751.001
Definitions

In this chapter:

(1)

“Board” means the Office of State-Federal Relations Advisory Policy Board.

(2)

“Director” means the director of the Office of State-Federal Relations.

(3)

“Office” means the Office of State-Federal Relations.

(4)

“State agency” means a state board, commission, department, institution, or officer having statewide jurisdiction, including a state college or university.
