Tex. Gov't Code Section 782.003
Definitions

In this chapter:

(1)

“Commission” means a cultural basin commission.

(2)

“Council of government” means a regional planning commission or similar regional planning agency created under Chapter 391 (Regional Planning Commissions), Local Government Code.
