Signatures; Seal

(a)

An obligation issued by a municipality under this chapter must be:

(1)

signed by the mayor or the presiding officer of the municipality;

(2)

countersigned by the municipality’s secretary or clerk; and

(3)

impressed with the seal of the municipality.

(b)

An obligation authorized by the board under this chapter must be:

(1)

signed by the presiding officer of the board;

(2)

countersigned by the secretary or assistant secretary; and

(3)

impressed with the seal of the board.
