Tex. Local Gov't Code Section 326.026
Election Order

In addition to the elements required to be included by the Election Code, the election order must state:

(1)

the ballot proposition stating the measure to be voted on;

(2)

the hours that the polls will be open; and

(3)

the location of each polling place.
