Tex. Local Gov't Code Section 326.064
Rules


(a)

The board may adopt reasonable rules to accomplish the purposes of the district.

(b)

The board may set monetary charges in reasonable amounts for the violation of a district rule.

(c)

The board may exclude from the use of the library a person who wilfully violates a rule adopted by the board under this section.
