Tex. Agric. Code Section 61.006
Labeling of Treated Seed


(a)

Seed that has been subjected to a treatment, or to which a substance has been applied, for the purpose of reducing, controlling, or repelling disease organisms, insects, or other pests that attack seeds or seedlings shall be labeled in accordance with rules of the department.

(b)

The public hearing required by Section 61.002 (Administration; Rules) of this code for rulemaking under this section shall be conducted in Austin.
