Tex. Human Resources Code Section 91.032
Contracts for Assistive Technology

The department shall include in a contract under this chapter or Subchapter E, Chapter 117 (Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services), with a supplier of assistive technology equipment provisions that require the supplier to provide training for clients receiving the assistive technology equipment.
