Tex. Ins. Code Section 941.054
Name of Lloyd’s Plan


The name under which a Lloyd’s plan engages in business:

(1)

must contain the word “Lloyd’s”; and

(2)

may not be so similar to any name in use in this state as to be likely to confuse or deceive.
