Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 181.059
Crime Victim Compensation


This chapter does not apply to any person or entity in connection with providing, administering, supporting, or coordinating any of the benefits regarding compensation to victims of crime as provided by Chapter 56B (Crime Victims’ Compensation), Code of Criminal Procedure.
