Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 672.008
Report

(a)

Not later than December 15 of each even-numbered year, each review team shall submit to the Department of Family and Protective Services a report on deaths reviewed.

(b)

Subject to Section 672.009 (Use of Information and Records; Confidentiality), the Department of Family and Protective Services shall make the reports received under Subsection (a) available to the public.
