CA Bus & Prof Code Section 4305.5


(a)

A person that is licensed as a wholesaler, third-party logistics provider, or veterinary food-animal drug retailer, shall notify the board within 30 days of the termination of employment of the designated representative-in-charge or responsible manager. Failure to notify the board within the 30-day period shall constitute grounds for disciplinary action.

(b)

A person that is licensed as a wholesaler, third-party logistics provider, or veterinary food-animal drug retailer, that willfully fails to notify the board of the termination of employment of the designated representative-in-charge or responsible manager at its licensed place of business, and that continues to operate the place of business in the absence of the designated representative-in-charge or responsible manager for that place of business shall be subject to summary suspension or revocation of its license as a wholesaler, third-party logistics provider, or veterinary food-animal drug retailer at that place of business.

(c)

A designated representative-in-charge of a wholesaler or veterinary food-animal drug retailer, or a responsible manager of a third-party logistics provider, who terminates his or her employment at the licensed place of business, shall notify the board within 30 days of the termination of employment. Failure to notify the board within the 30-day period shall constitute grounds for disciplinary action.
