(a)
The conservancy may pursue and accept funds from various sources, including, but not limited to, federal, state, and local funds or grants, gifts, donations, bequests, devises, subventions, grants, rents, royalties, or other assistance and funds from public and private sources.
(b)
The conservancy may accept fees levied by others.
(c)
The conservancy may create and manage endowments.
(d)
All funds received by the conservancy shall be deposited in the fund for expenditure for the purposes of this division.
