(a)
State Route 275, the Tower Bridge, shall be deemed to be in a state of good repair for purposes of relinquishment pursuant to Section 73.1, provided that the bridge is not structurally deficient and is rated as satisfactory pursuant to the National Bridge Index.
(b)
This section shall become inoperative on July 1, 2016, and, as of January 1, 2017, is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that becomes operative on or before January 1, 2017, deletes or extends the dates on which it becomes inoperative and is repealed.
