(a)
This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2017, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute that is enacted on or before January 1, 2017, deletes or extends that date.(b)
The State Department of Health Care Services shall submit a report and evaluation of all counties implementing any component of this article to the Governor and to the Legislature by July 1, 2015. The evaluation shall include data described in subdivision (d) of Section 5348.
