In consultation with the County Behavioral Health Directors Association of California, the State Department of Health Care Services, the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission, the California Mental Health Planning Council, and the California Health and Human Services Agency, county behavioral health systems shall provide reports and data to meet the information needs of the state, as necessary.
