N.Y. Real Property Actions & Proceedings Law Section 797-G
Notice to local housing standard enforcement agency

The clerk of the court shall mail a copy of the filed notice of petition and petition to the appropriate government agency charged with enforcing local or state housing standards within the court’s jurisdiction.
