Criminal History Evaluation

The department shall perform the duties of a licensing authority under Chapter 53 (Consequences of Criminal Conviction), Occupations Code, for each license issued by the department under this code or other law, including issuing guidelines under Section 53.025 (Guidelines), Occupations Code.
