Tex. Agric. Code Section 52.083
Meetings


(a)

As prescribed by its bylaws, a marketing association annually shall hold one or more regular meetings of its members.

(b)

The board of directors may call a special meeting of the association at any time.

(c)

If, at any time, 10 percent or more of the members file with the board of directors a petition demanding a special meeting of the association and stating the specific business to be considered at the meeting, the board shall call the meeting.
