Tex. Alcoh. Bev. Code Section 81.002
Applicability of Chapter

This chapter applies only to a permit or license that authorizes the retail sale or service of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages, other than a permit or license held with a food and beverage certificate.
