Tex. Civ. Practice & Remedies Code Section 122.0021
Criminal Penalty

(a)

A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 122.001 (Protection of Jurors’ Employment; Juror’s Right to Reemployment; Notice of Intent to Return).

(b)

An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
