Tex. Election Code Section 62.016
Notice of Acceptable Identification Outside Polling Places


The presiding judge shall post in a prominent place on the outside of each polling location a list of the acceptable forms of identification. The list must be printed using a font that is at least 24-point. The notice required under this section must be posted separately from any other notice required by state or federal law.
