Tex. Election Code Section 64.001
Voter to Select and Prepare Ballot

(a)

After a voter is accepted for voting, the voter shall select a ballot, go to a voting station, and prepare the ballot.

(b)

A voter who executes an affidavit in accordance with Section 63.011 (Provisional Voting) shall select a provisional ballot.
