Tex. Fin. Code Section 11.105
Matter in Which Member Has Personal Interest


A member of the finance commission may not act or participate in the portion of a commission meeting during which the matter considered specifically relates to an entity:

(1)

of which the member or the member’s spouse is an officer, director, stockholder, shareholder, or owner; or

(2)

in which the member or the member’s spouse has another financial interest.
