Tex. Fin. Code Section 352.005
Investigation by Commissioner

The commissioner shall:

(1)

monitor the operations of a facilitator to ensure compliance with this chapter; and

(2)

receive and investigate complaints against a facilitator or a person acting as a facilitator.
