Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 113.0102
Terms; Vacancy

(a)

Except as provided by Subsection (b), the executive committee shall establish:

(1)

the terms of executive committee members; and

(2)

procedures for the reappointment of members.

(b)

An executive committee member described by Section 113.0101 (Executive Committee Composition)(a)(7) serves a two-year term and is eligible for reappointment.

(c)

A vacancy on the executive committee shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment.
