Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 50.0151
Definitions

In this subchapter:

(1)

“Account” means the trafficked persons program account established under Section 50.0153 (Establishment of Account).

(2)

“Department” means the Department of Family and Protective Services.

(3)

“Grant program” means the trafficked persons grant program established under Section 50.0155 (Trafficked Persons Grant Program).
