Tex. Human Resources Code Section 246.007
Grants

(a)

The department may accept a grant for the vocational rehabilitation of children.

(b)

The department shall maintain a record of the receipt and disbursement of a grant and shall annually report to the lieutenant governor and the speaker of the house of representatives on the administration of grant funds.
