Tex. Ins. Code Section 2153.053
Eligibility of Group Member

A member of a group described by Section 2153.052 (Eligibility of Group) is eligible to participate in a group marketing plan if the member is:

(1)

in good standing with the group;

(2)

over 55 years of age; and

(3)

authorized to operate a motor vehicle in this state.
