Tex. Ins. Code Section 38.206
Fees


(a)

A designated statistical agent may collect from a reporting insurer any fees necessary for the agent to recover the necessary and reasonable costs of collecting data from that reporting insurer.

(b)

A reporting insurer shall pay the fee to the statistical agent for the data collection services provided by the statistical agent.
