Tex. Ins. Code Section 4005.104
Hearing


(a)

If the department proposes to deny an application for an original license or to suspend, revoke, or deny renewal of a license, the applicant or license holder is entitled to a hearing conducted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings as provided by Chapter 40 (Duties of State Office of Administrative Hearings and Commissioner in Certain Proceedings; Rate Setting Proceedings).

(b)

Notice of the hearing shall be provided to:

(1)

the applicant or license holder; and

(2)

any insurer indicated on the application as desiring that the license be issued.
