Tex. Labor Code Section 215.044
Extended Benefits


An individual who has received all of the shared work benefits and regular unemployment compensation benefits available in a benefit year is an individual who has exhausted regular benefits under Section 209.042 (Exhaustion of Regular Benefits) and is entitled to receive extended benefits under Chapter 209 (Extended Benefits) if the individual is otherwise eligible under that chapter.
