Tex. Occ. Code Section 1803.152
Criminal Penalties


(a)

A person commits an offense if the person knowingly violates this chapter.

(b)

An offense under this chapter is a Class A misdemeanor.

(c)

A corporation or association may be held criminally responsible for conduct by a person acting on its behalf if the person’s conduct:

(1)

constitutes an offense under this chapter; and

(2)

is done with the knowledge and approval of the corporation or association.
