Tex. Occ. Code Section 2052.111
Denial of Application


The executive director may deny an application for a license or registration if:

(1)

the applicant does not meet the qualifications for the license or registration; or

(2)

after conducting an investigation and providing an opportunity for a hearing, the executive director determines that the applicant has violated this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter.
