Confidentiality of Certain Information

The following information obtained by the board during an inspection of a facility is confidential and not subject to disclosure under Chapter 552 (Public Information), Government Code:

(1)

financial data;

(2)

sales data, other than shipment data; and

(3)

pricing data.
