Refunding of Bonds

(a)

A bond issued by the department under a law of this state which is payable from any part of the revenues of a revenue-producing facility or property of Palo Duro Canyon State Park may be refunded or refinanced by the department under this subchapter.

(b)

The provisions of this subchapter are applicable to a refunding bond.

(c)

In the same authorizing proceedings, the department may refund or refinance any bond issued under this subchapter and combine all refunding bonds and any new bonds to be issued into one or more issues or series and may provide for the subsequent issuance of additional parity bonds under terms and conditions set out in the authorizing proceedings.
