Appointment of Attorney Ad Litem


(a)

The court shall appoint an attorney ad litem for a person who is a minor or an incapacitated person and who is the subject of an application under Section 143.002 (Application to Establish Subaccount).

(b)

The attorney ad litem is entitled to a reasonable fee and reimbursement of expenses to be paid from the person’s property.
