Construction with Other Law

Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, Chapter 195 (Electronic Filing of Records with and Recording by County Clerk), Local Government Code, and the rules adopted by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission under that chapter apply to electronic documents filed in accordance with this chapter.
