Nature of District

The district is a conservation and reclamation district in Johnson, Hill, Ellis, and Tarrant Counties created under Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution.

Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.03, eff. April 1, 2017.
