Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 262.013
Officers

(a)

The board shall elect:

(1)

a president and a vice-president, who must be directors;

(2)

a secretary and a treasurer, who are not required to be directors; and

(3)

any other officers authorized by the authority’s bylaws.

(b)

The offices of secretary and treasurer may be combined.
