Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 438.011
Definitions


In this subchapter:

(1)

“Dish” includes a vessel of any shape or size, made of any type of material, commonly used in eating or drinking.

(2)

“Food factory” includes a place in which, as a business, food is manufactured or prepared for human consumption.

(3)

“Receptacle” includes a vessel, tray, pot, pan, or other article used for holding food.

(4)

“Utensil” includes a vessel or article of any shape or size, made of any material, commonly used in preparing, holding, storing, transporting, serving, or eating food.
