Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 756.044
Criminal Penalties


(a)

The owner of an outdoor shooting range commits an offense if the owner intentionally or recklessly fails to comply with Section 756.042 (Construction Standards) and that failure results in injury to another person.

(b)

An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor, except that if it is shown on the trial of the defendant that the defendant has previously been convicted of an offense under this section, the offense is a Class A misdemeanor.
